Reimagining possibilities
with denim

Working with leading natural cotton fiber insulation manufacturer Bonded Logic, Inc. for over 15 years, we've been able to transform old denim into new useful products, such as building insulation, thermal packaging insulation, pet bed inserts, and more.

Creative uses for recycled denim

Denim's versatility doesn't end in your closet. Authentic denim has the potential to be transformed into a variety of innovative and sustainable products.

A sustainable new home

By recycling authentic denim, we help transform it into Henry® UltraTouch Recycled Denim Insulation. UltraTouch is a high-performance, natural insulation used for residential building efforts.

A comfy second life

Pet beds are an excellent example of what your old denim can become when you recycle it through our program. We’ll have it transformed into a natural cotton fiber insert for pet beds.  So both you and your favorite furry friend can rest easy knowing your old denim is going to good use.

A fresh purpose
in packaging

Your old denim can become thermal packaging liners that keep meal delivery kits fresh and cold – and it doesn’t stop there. After you receive a box with a natural cotton fiber liner in it, you can return the recycled denim insulation, along with any worn-out denim, to be recycled through our program.

Naturally, Cotton is the Common Thread

Grown from the earth, cotton is a naturally sustainable fiber that can be returned to its original state after serving its purpose. Recycle your well-worn and loved denim (as long as it's made of at least 90% cotton) and see how your favorite styles can live on!

DOING GOOD THROUGH FOOD

When denim is made from cotton, its lifecycle goes well beyond a durable fabric. By recycling it back to its original fiber state, your old denim can become thermal packaging insulation that keeps your favorite meal delivery kits fresh and cold—and it doesn’t stop there. Once you receive your meal kit order, you can return the recycled denim insulation (padded liner), along with any worn-out denim, to be recycled through our program. Have some denim insulation to send?
